25km northeast of Rovaniemi, river Raudanjoki/Vaattunkiköngäs 40 m, no boat, jetty or swimming possibility. Log apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2010. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms both with 2 beds, combined kitchen-livingroom, sauna, bathroom (2 showers) and toilet. Terrace.

Please, notice that fridge and dishwasher are small. Apartment is located on the yard of Vaattungin kämppäkartano. Vaattungin kämppäkartano consists of a charter restaurant, cottages, sauna By river and hot tub. These are rentable only on request and for an additional fee. Distance from the apartment to the main building is about 200 m. Additionally there is a site for a camp fire which can also be used by the customers of the apartment.

For fishermen the river offers grayling. Licenses required.

From the yard there is a direct access to the Arctic Circle Hiking Area. Suspension bridge leads to the island of Könkäänsaari, where there is a nature trail 1,5 km and rentable Lappish hut. The Arctic Circle Hiking Area has high quality hiking trails with duckboards. These trails display Southern Lapp nature in versatile ways.

Photos are taken from one of the apartments. Apartments are similar and in the same building other apartment is mirror image of another apartment. Apartments in the same house are 11893 Kataja + 11894 Pihlaja and 11895 Haapa + 11896 Paju. Note: pets allowed at extra fee 20e.

All reservations begin at 4 pm (16 o'clock) on arrival day and ends at noon (12 o'clock) on departure day (also during weekend).
