98 km north-east of Jyväskylä, lake Karankajärvi 50 m (width about 1.2 km, length about 9,2 km) hard, sanded beach, shallow and deeper bottom, own boat.
The beach is in shared use with neighbour cottage (13069).

Log cottage 2006, spacious kitchen-living room with convertible sofa bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, washroom, sauna (wood-burning stove), terrace 40 m². The cottage is located in Pääjärvi-Hokkalanmäki area, on a flat plot with lawn, surrounded by deciduous trees. The freezer is brought to the terrace of the cottage if needed. Please inform the owner if you need freezer.

Fly Fishing possibility in rapids Heijostenkoski and in river Karajoki, licenses from the owner.
Ski track and snowmobile track starts from the yard when weather / snow conditions allow it.

The owner has a car museum and dog park for dog owner's in his own farm.
By separate agreement / payment breakfast can be delivered to the cottage from owner's restaurant.

Rental equipment by separate agreement / payment: 4 hp outboard motor, canoe, kayak, snowmobile and fishing equipment.
