55 km northwest of Savonlinna, lake Saimaa / Haukivesi 40 m, shallow, hard, sand, rock bottom, own boat.

Wooden cabin 1973, slightly renovated 2000, kitchen-living room with bunk bed for four people (mattress dimensions 190 cm x 120 cm), sauna (wood-burning stove and heater tank), dressing room, veranda.

Portable air conditioner.

Wood barbeque and gas grill.
Water to the sauna comes from the lake via electric pump.

Outside toilet, woodshed. Old-fashioned cottage with old interior. There is flat lawn and deciduous forest. Brilliant berry and mushroom picking areas from yard onwards.

Fishing rods and worms (one has to dig them by himself) included in the price. Drinking water has to be carried from the owner's farm, distance about 200 m.

In the owner's farm there is sheep, chickens, cats, a dog.
