Enjoy the winter activities and beautiful nature in Linnansaari National Parks Arctic trail. Saimaa Arctic Trail runs from Oravi, trough Linnansaari National Park to Järvisydän. From Oravi to Linnansaari ca. 5km as the total leght of the trail is ca. 18km. The route is open for skaters, kick sparks, skiers and walkers. There are fire places along the route and a cafeteria on Linnansaari (open during winter peak season). Check the cafe opening hours from the Journal. On Linnansaari island you can find marked snow shoe trails.

Oravi Apartments is located in Oravi village, only ca. 100m from rental shop, cafe, shop and the tour skating/ winter hiking trail. The Saimaa Arctic Trail takes you into the beatuful national park of Linnansaari. First to Linnansaari main island 5km and from there to PikkuLappi and Holiday resort Järvisydän. At the main island you can find marked snow shoe tracks up to 7km.
