High-quality gable apartment in a four-apartment row house, built in November 2021. Location is ideal; close to Vuokatti ski slopes and area's services. The area of Vuokatti Timantti is 63 m², including the loft (approx. 10 m², low space). The spacious kitchen has a wonderful view of the forest, high windows and covered terrace, garden furniture and electric grill.

Open kitchen, dining and lounge area, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with bunk bed. In the loft (steep stairs), sheltered sleeping area with double bed. Sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/shower, separate WC. Behind the halls sliding door, there is a drying cabinet and washing machine.

Additional information: Internet = Fiber optical connection 100/100M superfast connection.
Children's equipment: child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. High chair and travel cot will be provided if needed.

Please note: possibility to charge electric/hybrid car. This requires a separate agreement with the owner.

New, comfortable and fully equipped holiday destination near the services and activities of Vuokatti tourist center. An illuminated ski trail runs near the apartment. There is lean-to shelter along this trail, distance about 300 m. Shortcut / so-called the beach route also leads to the Holiday Club Katinkulta area (ski trail in winter, hiking trail in summer).

The apartment is for your use on the day of arrival at 16.00 and handover is on the day of departure at 12.00 (also for weekend bookings).

The price includes final cleaning and bed linen according to the number of guests mentioned.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee, fee per pet.
