Well-equipped, high-class holiday villa (built in 2022) in a peaceful location by the lake Sapsojärvi in Sotkamo.

The area of the villa is 136 m², with spacious and bright kitchen with lake view, dining area and living room, dining table for 6-8. High space living room with large windows, fireplace. Access to covered terrace from the living room. Three bedrooms, one with double bed, second with two separate beds, third with spreadable double bed and bunk bed (so-called family room, beds for four).

Access from the living room to the utility/dressing room (washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 x shower, sauna with electric sauna stove and large window facing the lake. Two separate toilets. There is also access to the terrace from the washing facilities. The drying cabinet is located behind the sliding door in the lobby.

Additional equipment: Wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), Elisa Viihde streaming service, air source heat pump.
Children's equipment: baby bed = travel bed, high chair, toilet ring and stool, potty.
Garage is under construction and the yard renovation work is in progress (the yard will be renovated during the summer of 2023).

Please note, property in front of the cabin is uninhabited, beach is shared with neighbor, access to the beach along the road, pier belongs to the neighbor. Please use shoreline on the right side of the pier. The beach is currently in natural state, clay bottom.

The holiday apartment is for your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings.

Suitable for couple's or e.g. two families' vacation in high-quality setting and in the middle of the most beautiful landscapes of Sotkamo (lake and hill landscapes, view over the lake towards Vuokatti ski slopes).

During the winter, the municipality of Sotkamo maintains a ski trail on the ice of lake Sapsojärvi. This trail is connected to municipal ski trail networks as well as to Vuokatti ski trail network.

Pets are not allowed, but the destination is not suitable for people with allergies.

Bed linen and final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee.
