High-quality apartment is available from Christmas 2021 in the heart of Vuokatti, next to the skiing slopes. One of the pictures shows Vuokatti Diamond's great location close to the top spots.
The house of four holiday apartments is located on the quiet Lampikatu. The back terrace opens onto a forest landscape and provides easy access to the cross-country skiing slopes and jogging path. The holiday apartment suits well for families with children. Vuokatti slopes are within walking distance. In front of the house You have two parking spaces, one with an electrical outlet.
The price always includes final cleaning and bed linen (bed linen + towels). The apartment is for six (6) people. Apartment area 53m2 + loft 10m2.
Stay comfortably and easily in Diamond. Modern décor with nice details and high-quality equipment will give your holiday a touch of luxury.
The master bedroom has a double bed. In addition to the bunk bed, the second bedroom has a work desk. The 10 m2 loft upstairs has two frame mattress beds. In the bathroom and sauna you will enjoy the atmosphere of natural wood. The apartment has a separate toilet.
High level of equipment in the holiday apartment, e.g. a 55” flat screen TV, drying cabinet and private washing machine, create the conditions for an relaxing holiday. Optical high-speed fiber-connection enables teleworking, for example.
The key service works effortlessly through the nearby K-Supermarket.
Pets are welcome in some apartments.

| Special conditions: | The rental starts at 4 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12 noon on the day of departure. The reservation is binding when the contract price has been paid by the stated due date. The booking fee is 30% of the rent. In case of cancellation, 30% will not be refunded unless the cottage can be re-rented. By paying the booking fee or a one-time fee, the tenant accepts the rental conditions set out in this document. Bed-linen and final cleaning are included in the rent. If the apartment is exceptionally messy, the landlord has the right to charge an additional fee of at least 100 euros or the actual costs of the additional work incurred. The number of tenants can be the maximum number of people stated by the tenant in connection with the rental and agreed with the landlord. Pets are only allowed in the apartment by prior arrangement (agree with the landlord). No smoking indoors! Compensation for damage The tenant is obliged to compensate the landlord or its furniture in full directly to the landlord. Damage (eg dish damage) must be reported to the landlord immediately and compensation agreed. The holiday home is insured for major damage. |
