High level holiday Villa (2004) in Sotkamo, near by the lake Iso-Kiimanen. Living area 95 m², includes open sleeping loft. Downstairs has a spacious kitchen / livingroom with a fireplace. Dinning table for 6-8 persons. Two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and one with sofa bed for 1-2 persons. Open loft with beds for 2 persons. Utility-/dressingroom, 2 x shower, sauna (electric stove), separate WC. Terrace with furniture and charcoal grill.

Pets allowed, but please inform about a pet in advance. Please, don't let you pet stay on the beds, sofa or armchair.

Separate lakeside sauna (2002), usable all year round. Wooden stove, shower, electric light. There is also living area with mini kitchen and sleeping alcove for 1-2 person, fireplace (note sleeping places usable only on summertime). There is furniture on sauna terrace.

Beach is sandy with small rocks, shallow, suitable for children.

Pier, own rowing boat (life jacket for 2 adults and 2 child). 2 x SUP -board and bicycle.

Extra: AppleTV, air source heating pump (+cooling), Internet access (WiFi), 2 x TV, stereo (radio, CD player, USB and Bluetooth connections for mobile devices). Playstation 4 /blu-ray. Sodastream, Coffee / espresso machine.

Wood shed (garage/storage is not for use).

The water in the cottage is potable, but it contains a little iron and manganese, which can cause taste problems. Sotkamo 7 km, Vuokatti 14 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta Spa/Golf 15.5 km, shops / restaurants 7 km, Kajaani 45 km, railway station 45 km (Kajaani), Airport 55 km (Kajaani), Kuhmo 62 km.

Very cozy holiday villa in a quiet location, with own large sunny and bright yard, no sight to the neighbor. This Villa is recommended for small families or couples for relaxing holidays. Very short distance to all services, such as Vuokatti activities or shopping.

Check-out 12 noon on departure day, also during weekends.
Pets allowed, no extra charge.
