2015-built, cozy, separate log house in a quiet, nice area near the Vuokatti services.

Living area 60 m², there is a kitchen/livingroom with a dining table for 4-6 person, big fireplace, above the fireplace (steep stairs) there is a mattress for 1-2 person. One bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet, washroom (shower corner), sauna (electric stove).

A large shared terrace of 200 m² and grill house which are shared with another apartments. There is an open fireplace for grilling. This is suitable for the size of up to ten - twenty of people.

Behind a barbecue place, there is a small artificial pond (600 m²) with rainbow trout (fishing only during the summer). Note: no need for a separate fishing permit.

Internet access (WiFi), 2 x tv. Kajaani 40 km, Kuhmo 70 km, Oulu 195 km, Kuopio 195 km, Vuokatti 6.9 km.

This villa is suitable for a families or couples for spending a relaxing cottage holiday. Only 5 min duration for Vuokatti services and restaurants. Also lighted cross-country ski trail in 500 meters. These cottages are suitable also for a bigger group accommodation (space total for 20-25 persons, in three cottages). If book more than one villa, get a discount of 10% of all villas (13324 Jägermeister A and 13330 Jägermeister B, semidetached house). Check in at 12 on arrival day, and check out at 16 on departure day, also in case of every weekend bookings.
