Cancellation terms: Summertime: Cancellation 8 weeks before: customer pays 10 euros, cancellation 4 weeks before: 20% of the rent, cancellation 2weeks-2days before: customer pays 50% of the rent, cancellation less than 2days before: customer pays the whole rent. Other times than summer: cancellation 4 weeks before: customer pays 10euros, cancellation 2 weeks before: customer pays 20% of the rent, cancellation less than 2 weeks: customer pays 50% of the rent. We don't rent this cottage only for one night. Final cleaning must be ordered when you book the cottage. If cottage is not cleaned or somethin has broken, owner can charge extrapayment. If customer hasn't use linen on beds, owner can charge 20 euros per person. |
