Torronsuo National Park - Cottages and Vacation Rentals
In the Torronsuo National Park in Tammela, you can walk safely along duckboards over the deepest bog in Finland. Hiking trails of different lengths invite visitors to relax while on a picnic. You can admire migrating cranes and geese from the birdwatching tower and enjoy the surrounding, wide open mire landscape. In winter, when the snow conditions are good, up to 45 km of classic style cross-country skiing trails are maintained on the easy and flat terrain of Torronsuo. The national park also features an accessible trail, a campfire site and a dry toilet. For the best hiking tips, visit the Häme Nature Centre on the Hämeen Härkätie road.
